Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS ground from Manassas Virginia. Tracking information will be added to the order info (within the portal) as the product goes into production. In some cases, orders may not be complete and ready for shipment at the time the tracking label is printed. Allow 3 days for production from the time the label is printed before showing on the shippers website. Call 703 885-1483 should the tracking information not appear on the FedEx, UPS or USPS site after such time.
Thousand Oaks Barrel Co. does NOT guarantee the delivery of any product that is shipped internationally. Once the item has been picked up from the TOB facility it is the clients responsibility. We will NOT replace any lost order. All international shipping must be done on the customers shipping account.
Shipping on Clients' Account
TOB will ship on clients' account. Please provide your shipping account information when establishing your new account. Clients will receive a Coupon Code to remove any shipping charges and all orders ship on client account. TOB will not send shipping costs to the client. You will need to look up charges though your account.
To Request an expedited order, select rush production as your shipping method when checking out, and provide a valid phone number. We will follow up by phone. Rush orders means that your product moves to the front of the line. It does not provide for expedited shipping. After your "RUSH" order is placed we will call you regarding expedited shipping.
