How does it work?

To start, cure your barrel per instructions. Pour grain alcohol or neutral (unflavored) vodka into the barrel along with the Swish Barrel Essence (included). Give it a good shake to incorporate the ingredients then let it rest or muture. In just two weeks time, begin tasting your one-of-a-kind blend and when aged to perfection, simply serve straight from the tap or move to one of our personalized bottles to stop the aging process.
